Word from Lil Soul Sista

This is my first attempt at a blog. I'm hoping that this will improve my writing and encourage me to write about something of worth.

I'll start by giving a word about myself. I'm a 25 year old, African American woman. I reside in the South, where I was born and raised. I have never been married and I have no children. I do have several godchildren each of whom I love. I am single at this current time. I am close to my family espically my sister (the title of my blog is a nod to her).

I want my blog to be about things that I find interesting. I'll also try to post once a week. We'll see...
